A situation can be either a single or multiple messages until the conclusion/advice has been given

In cases where text message may not be suitable to resolve the acute issue, a full acute appointment will be advised (without any text message charges)

Clients based in the UK can pay by bank transfer. Clients will be invoiced after consultation.

Overseas clients will be able to pay via payment portal.

Clients will receive their prescription via email and will be instructed on how to order with their homeopathic pharmacy.

Alternatively the practitioner will send the prescription to the pharmacy and the client will then pay their invoice via them.
